Hi, I’m Divya Narayan.

 I offer a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts and experiences with openness and without judgment.

I am a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and a Diploma in Counselling Skills, trained in CBT-informed, evidence-based approaches. Beyond my clinical training, my experience as a former School Principal has given me deep insight into the challenges faced by students and families alike.

I have worked with adolescents and adults across private practice, online platforms, and institutional settings, supporting concerns such as stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
